1. Where can you buy watches from MARC & SONS?

MARC & SONS watches you can order exclusively through our online store. MARC & SONS consciously focuses on direct sales. There are no hidden costs for distributors and retailers. This price advantage is passed on directly to you as a customer. Thus, we can offer a product with very good price/performance ratio.

2. Is it possible to order by phone?

Of course you can also place your order by phone, fax, e-mail or by letter. Please use our contact information from our imprint. Our staff will assist you helpfully with your order.

3. Can you see the watch before buying?

We offer our customers the opportunity - after making an appointment - to see and take the watch immediately directly at our warehouse.

4. What payment options do you offer?

You can pay us via bank transfer, cash on delivery (only in Germany) or by Paypal. If you have a Paypal account, credit card payments are possible, too.

5. How long takes delivery?

We place your order on the day of receipt of payment in the delivery. Shipping is via DHL. You will receive a tracking number. Using this number you can track your package online. The delivery of your shipment should take not longer than after two business days. If this period is exceeded please contact us immediately so we can check the matter.

6. Can I return a purchased watch?

Our deliveries in Germany are subject to the Distance Selling Act. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied with your delivery , so please contact us regarding a revocation . After receiving the goods we will refund the purchase price .

7. Who should I contact in case of a repair?

In all service matters we are your first contact . The watchmakers we have on our site make all service work on your watch . Contact us and we will help you immediately .
